LEAN to GREEN MasterClass Programs

The Lean to Green Lean to Green MasterClass program hasbeen developed to provide a pathway for previous participants of the Striving for Best Practice in Manufacturing program to continue to participate in a facilitated learning program.

Focussed on a specific ‘excellence’ theme, the program is designed to inspire and develop a deeper knowledge and applied experience of Manufacturing Excellence and link together with the Triple Bottom Line and the BUsiness of Sustainability.

The program has3 phases: measurement, planning and implementation, conducted over a nine month period.  There will be much emphasis on participants preparing a final report and presentations that demonstrates implemented outcomes.

The inaugural 2007 LEAN to GREEN MasterClass Program commenced in March 2007.
The next program will commence in February 2010.
