This innovative program developed by experienced educators and industry practitioners, is for aspiring leaders currently working in Australia’s manufacturing and associated industries.

Originally established by RMIT University’s Centre for Manufacturing, the program is undertaken over a four-month period and comprises a series of classroom sessions, complemented with presentations by industry practitioners and a series of structured best practice site visits.

 

The Vision for the program is to:

  • introduce participants to a wide range of aspects of Best Practice
  • stimulate the implementation of best practice project initiatives
  • draw together the experience of alumni from previous programs
  • add-value to and ensure the prosperity of the manufacturing sector
  • develop a reputation as being a key step in the pathway of the development of tomorrow’s manufacturing leaders & key decision makers
