Program Logistics
The Striving for Best Practice in Manufacturing program includes a total of 20 evening sessions and six site visits.
A detailed schedule outlining session dates and times, including semester breaks for the next program can be downloaded and printed from here.
Sessions are conducted on Mondays and Thursdays. All classroom sessions are held in the evening and site visits on Thursday mornings.

Venue
Classroom sessions are held at the Skills & Education Centre,
Royal Australasian College of Surgeons.
The College of Surgeons is located on the edge of the Melbourne Central Business District on a triangular site bounded by Spring St, Nicholson St and Victoria Parade (Melways reference 43K6).
Program Fee
The program fee per participant is $A5,450 (plus 10% GST)
This includes:
- a comprehensive program manual with follow-up session activities
- range of program texts and supporting reading materials
- catering at all classroom sessions
- visits to best practice sites (excluding transport)
- development of personal professional development plan
- access to supporting program materials, including videos, books and activities
